Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 1, 2026
Our commitment
firstcase is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Measures we take
- •Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks so assistive technologies can navigate the site.
- •Keyboard operability for interactive elements, including our cookie and privacy controls.
- •Visible focus indicators and sufficient color contrast against our brand palette.
- •Descriptive labels and alternative text for meaningful images and icons.
- •Respect for reduced-motion preferences where animations are used.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review the site and address issues as they are identified. Some third-party content or scheduling widgets may not yet be fully accessible; where that is the case, we provide an alternative way to reach us so no one is prevented from booking a consultation or contacting our team.
Compatibility
The site is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers and screen magnification tools, on both desktop and mobile devices.
Feedback & assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need content in an alternative format, email us at hello@firstcase.ai. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
This statement reflects our current accessibility efforts and is reviewed periodically.
